Do I need any technical skills?
None at all. We handle the setup, hosting, and maintenance. You fill out a short form and we take it from there.
How long until my website is live?
We build founding-customer sites together on a call, so it depends on scheduling yours. We'll confirm a timeline during onboarding and let you know the moment your site is live.
What does it cost?
Signing up and using the dashboard is free — no credit card, no subscription. Having us build and launch your website is a one-time build fee, and what it comes to depends on your setup — that's what the call is for. Founding customers get special terms. Nothing is ever charged during signup.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes — if you already own a domain, you can connect it once we build your site, and we'll walk you through the DNS records it takes. Your free yourbusiness.getcanopy.run address works from day one either way. (We connect domains you own; we don't sell them.)
What if I want to cancel?
There's no subscription, so there's nothing to cancel — your account and dashboard are free. If you ever want to leave, tell us and we'll close your account, no questions asked and no penalties.
Can clients pay through the site?
Not yet. Clients book online and pay you at your business, the same way they do today. Online card payments are planned as a premium feature, and we'll say so here when they're live.
